English: I’m still practicing.

Japanese: いえいえ、日本語上手ですね！(Ie ie, nihongo jouzu desu ne!)

English: No way! Your Japanese is good!

You: 本当ですか？ありがとうございます。(Hontou desu ka? Arigatou gozaimasu.)

English: Really? Thank you!
